Good to know
Your caterer, your choice
Any professional caterer with insurance. A fitted caterer's kitchen (ovens, cold room, washing area) is provided. No corkage fee.
Music and neighbours
Amplified music goes through our sound limiter, set to the legal limit for venues (102 dB(A) on average over 15 minutes). Indoors only after 11 p.m., and it stops at 2 a.m.
Arrival and departure
For a weekend: access from Friday 2 p.m. for the set-up, keys returned on Sunday at 6 p.m. after the check-out walk-through.
Capacity
Each room has a maximum number of people set by its safety approval. It cannot be exceeded, even for the dancing.
What is included
Tables, chairs, the caterer's kitchen, the sound limiter, the car park and the final cleaning. You leave the place tidy, rubbish sorted.
Booking and deposit
A 30% deposit confirms the date, the balance is paid one month before. A security deposit is returned after the walk-through.
From the visit to the keys
The visit
An hour on site: the rooms, the garden, the kitchen, and the questions you came with.
The written quote
The package, the rooms, the times and the options, with the total price.
Contract and deposit
The signed contract and the deposit confirm your date. Nobody else can take it.
Final meeting and keys
A meeting a month before with your caterer, then the keys on the day.
